Anxiety: The Silent Killer
More people are affected by anxiety than by all types of cancers combined. Either you are getting into anxiety, are in anxiety or coming out of anxiety. People are in constant and persistent state of anxiety. The simple truth is that about 70 percent of what we are often anxious about never really come to pass. Anxiety is mostly about our reaction to events that have not yet happened. Anxiety is rightly named, “the silent killer,” because it indirectly kills more people than all cancers combined. It is not an isolated condition but is linked a host of other emotional issues. Think of things like stress, fear, loneliness, depression, suicidal ideation, stroke, high blood pressure, heart attack and an endless list of health issues that are linked to anxiety.
